UF Graduation Photoshoot Inspiration | Gainesville Senior Session at The Swamp
There’s something about graduation at the University of Florida that just hits differently—the palm trees, the brick walkways, and of course, Ben Hill Griffin Stadium standing tall in the background. This UF graduation session was the perfect mix of classic campus portraits, joyful moments with friends, and a few romantic shots to celebrate everything this season represents.
We started at Ben Hill Griffin Stadium, one of the most iconic spots on campus. The symmetry of the palm-lined walkway and the stadium backdrop creates that instantly recognizable UF feel. Whether you’re graduating or celebrating a milestone, this location always delivers timeless images.
One of my favorite parts of any grad session is bringing friends into the story. Graduation isn’t just about one person—it’s about the people who walked alongside you. These moments always end up being some of the most meaningful (and most shared).
We also made space for a few photos with her boyfriend—because this chapter of life deserves to be documented fully. These quieter, more intimate moments add so much depth to a graduation gallery and tell a more complete story of this season.
Of course, we carved out time for classic solo portraits. These are the images that feel both editorial and timeless—the ones that parents frame and grads look back on years later. Clean composition, soft movement, and just enough personality to feel like you.
To finish, we incorporated cap and gown portraits in some of UF’s most beautiful architectural spaces. These add a more traditional element while still keeping the overall session elevated and cohesive.
And because no graduation is complete without a little chaos—in the best way—we ended with some fun, late-night shots. These bring in a completely different energy and feel like a snapshot of real life: carefree, celebratory, and a little cinematic.
